摘 要:相对于单回路反馈控制,三冲量控制系统对于锅炉汽包液位稳定有明显改善作用,为解决锅炉人工排污干扰汽包液位的问题,本文在已有蒸汽流量前馈加汽包液位和锅炉给水量串级三冲量控制基础上,再次引入锅炉汽包液位对锅炉给水量的前馈控制,形成双前馈-反馈控制算法架构,它弥补了经典三冲量控制系统给水量对锅炉液位变化不敏感的问题。采用了偏差死区技术,在汽包液位符合工艺要求前提下,尽量避免给水阀门小幅反复动作,从而延长阀门的使用寿命。现场实际应用后,汽包液位平稳,证明双前馈-反馈控制算法的有效性。Compared with single loop feedback control,the three-element(drum level,water flow&steam flow)control system can significantly improve the stability of the boiler drum level.To solve the problem that the manual discharge of boiler blowdown interferes with the drum level,this paper expounds feedforward control of the boiler drum level for boiler feed water,forming a double feedforward feedback control algorithm architecture based on the existing steam flow feedforward plus drum level and boiler feed water cascade three-element control.It addresses the problem that the feed water of the typical three variables control system is not sensitive to the change of the boiler level.The deviation dead zone technology is adopted.On the premise that the level of the steam drum meets the process requirements,tiny repeated actions of the feed water valve shall be avoided in the most possible way so as to extend the service life of the valve.After put into application,the drum level remains stable,which proves the effectiveness of the double feedforward-feedback control algorithm.
