摘　　要：概述了真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺与WSA制酸工艺的流程及特点,介绍了在应用过程中出现的问题及解决措施。通过对脱硫效率低、管道堵塞和腐蚀等问题的分析和优化,使脱硫效率显著提高,制酸装置稳定运行。This paper outlined the process flow and features of COG vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process and WSA acid-making process.It also highlighted various problems and solutions in the application of the process.By analyzing the problems and optimizing the process such as low desulfurization efficiency,blockage and corrosion in sour gas piping,the desulfurization efficiency has been significantly improved,and the WSA unit operates stably for a long period of time.
