摘 要:在线监测了焦炉烟气中非甲烷总烃的浓度分布,研究了炼焦生产过程非甲烷总烃的排放规律。结果表明:焦炉烟气中非甲烷总烃的浓度与焦炉加热系统换向操作、加热燃气种类、焦炉装煤操作、结焦时间以及炉龄等有关,非甲烷总烃主要源于荒煤气窜漏、加热煤气窜漏及加热换向期间煤气道内残余煤气进入了下降废气。上述研究结果为焦炉烟气中非甲烷总烃的源头控制提供了依据。The concentrations of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHC)in coke oven flue gas were monitored online and the corresponding emission characteristics were studied.The results showed that the concentrations of NMHC in coke oven flue gas were associated with the reversing operation of coke oven heating system,the type of fuel gas,the coal charging operation,the coking time and the oven age,etc..The NMHC came from the leak of coke oven raw gas and fuel gas,and the unburned fuel gas into the down flow of flue gas by reversing operation.These results show strong evidence for the source control of NMHC in coke oven flue gas.
