包钢集装箱式翻车机升级改造与实践

摘　　要：为了适应铁路系统逐年增加大容量车皮和集装箱运输的提效管理以及高质量发展的要求,通过对包钢股份煤焦化工分公司现有设备落后的翻车机现状分析,决定升级改造为先进的集装箱敞车两用翻车机。改造后使用效果良好,节约了大量厂内倒运费用,避免了倒运产生的扬尘污染。To meet the requirement for efficient management and high-quality development of yearly increasing capacity of wagon tipper and container in railway system,this paper analyzes the current situation of the outdated equipment of the Coking Company of Baotou Iron&Steel.It is decided to upgrade it into an advanced container-type dual-purpose wagon tipper.This innovation performs well,which saves transportation costs and avoids dust pollution caus ed by transfer conveying.
