中医生命观及其当代价值意蕴

摘　　要：观察生命现象,认识生命特性,揭示生命本质,不仅是重要的哲学论题,也是基本的医学命题。基于哲学层面对生命观多元阐释,对比医学论域下的生命观,聚焦阐述中医学的生命观内涵。充实生命观论题的中医学维度研究,深刻认识中医学生命观所蕴含的“天人合一”的天人观、“形神合一”的形神观、“辨证论治”的诊疗观、“未病先防”的养生观等内涵,对于传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化、助力推动“健康中国”建设以及丰富生命观教育资源等方面,具有重要的时代价值。Observing life phenomena,recognizing the characteristics of life,and revealing the essence of life are not only important philosophical topics but also fundamental medical propositions.Based on a philosophical level,this paper offers a diverse interpretation of the view of life,contrasts the views of life in the medical domain,and focuses on elucidating the view of life in TCM.By enriching the research on the view of life from the perspective of TCM,we gain a deeper understanding of the TCM view of life,which includes the“harmony between heaven and humanity”in the cosmological perspective,the“integration of form and spirit”in the somatopsychic perspective,the“syndrome differentiation and treatment”in the therapeutic perspective,and the“prevention before illness”in the health preservation perspective.These aspects have significant contemporary value in promoting and inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture,contributing to the construction of“Healthy China”,and enriching educational resources on the view of life.
