产后照护场域转变下的女性主体性与新困境——基于银川市月子中心的田野调查

摘　　要：随着产后照护实践理念和形式的转变,越来越多的产后女性选择到月子中心寻求产后照护。一方面,在月子中心这一新型照护场域里,产妇在照护实践过程中呈现出强调个体自由和自主选择的倾向。自身意愿和母婴利益被产妇纳入首要考虑范围。另一方面,在月子中心这一场域中,产妇也遭遇着“快乐做产康”“迷人的身体”“黄金修复期”等消费主义带来的新困境。面对产后身体焦虑和医学常识的缺乏,产妇个体易被消费主义话语裹挟,从而接受各种非必要产康治疗,以致陷入新的非自由的身体困境。With the changes of the concepts and forms of postpartum care practice,more and more postpar-tum women choose to seek postpartum care in maternity centers.On the one hand,in the new caring field of maternity centers,postpartum women show a tendency to emphasize individual freedom and autonomous choice in the process of caring practice.Their own wishes and the interests of the mothers and children are prioritized.On the other hand,in the field of maternity centers,postpartum women are also encountering new dilemmas brought by consumerism such as“happy maternity health”,“attractive body”and“golden repair period”,etc.In the face of postpartum body anxiety and lack of medical knowledge,postpartum women are prone to being coerced by the consumerist discourse,consequently accept a variety of unnecessary maternity treatment,and fall into new unfree body dilemmas.
