摘  要:某电站压力管道斜井采用与水平面夹角60°布置方式,长度282.19 m,较长斜井段增设平段及施工支洞会大大减小施工难度,提高效率,同时也会增加工程投资。通过研究比选压力管道斜井段布置方式,确定采用一斜到底中间不设平段及支洞方案最为经济。在实际开挖过程中,遇到不良地质条件,斜井开挖时先导孔施工频繁发生塌孔、卡钻现象,导致施工无法顺利开展,经对斜井施工方法比选研究,选定新增施工支洞分段预固结灌浆反井钻法解决了施工难题,为后续类似工程设计及施工提供参考。The inclined shaft of a power station's penstock is arranged at an angle of 60°to the horizontal plane,with a length of 282.19m.Adding horizontal sections and construction adits in the long inclined shaft can greatly reduce construction difficulty and improve efficiency,but it will also increase project investment.Through a comparative study of different layout options for the inclined shaft section of the penstock,it is determined that the most economical solution is a continuous inclined layout without horizontal sections or adits.However,in the actual excavation process,due to unfavorable geological conditions,frequent occurrences of borehole collapse and drill jamming in the pilot hole hinders smooth construction progress.After comparing and studying various construction methods for the inclined shaft,it is decided to add construction adits and adopt the raise boring method with sectional pre-consolidation grouting to solve the construction challenges.This approach provides valuable reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
