摘  要:采用穿行式台车可有效提升水工隧洞二次衬砌施工效率。以驷马山滁河四级站干渠(江巷水库近期引水)工程为应用对象,在盾构施工的基础上,设计了一种全圆多模穿行式台车,介绍了台车工作原理和施工重、难点,研究全圆多模穿行式台车在长距离水工隧洞的应用,提出了应用免拆堵头模板的设计思路。工程应用表明:全圆多模穿行式台车对盾构施工圆形隧洞二次衬砌有较强的适应性;相较于传统针梁式台车,全圆多模穿行式台车在施工精度、作业空间、施工进度及施工质量等方面表现优异;采用免拆堵头模板,可进一步提升穿行式台车施工效率。全圆多模穿行式台车性能高效先进,可在类似工程中借鉴应用。The use of traveling trolley can effectively improve the construction efficiency of secondary lining in hydraulic tunnels.This paper takes the main channel of Simashan Chuhe Level 4 Hydropower Station(Jiangxiang Reservoir Short-Term Water Diversion Project)as the application case,and designs a full-round multi-mode traveling trolley based on shield tunneling construction.The paper introduces the working principle of the trolley and key challenges in the construction process,explores its application in long-distance hydraulic tunnels,and proposes the concept of using non-dismantling end formwork.The engineering application shows that the full-circle multi-mode traveling trolley has strong adaptability to the secondary lining in shield-driven circular tunnel.Compared to traditional needle beam trolley,the full-circle multi-mode traveling trolley has excellent performance in construction accuracy,workspace,construction progress and quality.The use of non-dismantling end formwork can further improve the construction efficiency of the traveling trolley.The full-circle multimode traveling trolley has high efficiency and advanced performance,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
