摘　　要：战时建立何种模式的野战弹药库是指挥员所面临的决策问题。在短时间内选择出最优的野战弹药库模式可以在实施弹药保障过程中节省人力物力,确保弹药不断供,具有重大意义。采用AHP-熵权-VIKOR法构建了含弹药保障速率、开设时间、隐蔽伪装程度等参数在内的野战弹药库(所)模式决策评估模型。侦察得到的初始数据通过AHP和熵值结合的方法得到二级决策指标的综合权重,并将权重带入VIKOR法中,根据决策者偏好风险或保守提出最优的野战弹药库(所)模式。结合某旅给某营下的科目条件,用该方法进行优劣野战弹药库(所)排序,得到的最优结果与该营综合研究所得到的结果一致,验证了该方法的有效性,所建立AHP-熵权-VIKOR法野战弹药库(所)模式选择决策战时,可为指挥员提供科学参考。In wartime,it is a decision-making problem that commanders face to establish which mode of field ammunition depot.Selecting the optimal field ammunition depot mode in a short time can save manpower and material resources and ensure the continuous supply of ammunition in the process of ammunition support,which is of great significance.AHP-entropy weight-VIKor method is used to construct the decision-making evaluation model of field ammunition depot(post),which includes ammunition support rate,opening time,concealed camouflage degree and other parameters.The initial data obtained by the reconnaissance are combined with AHP and entropy to obtain the comprehensive weights of the secondlevel decision-making indicators,and the weights are put into the VIKOR method,and the optimal field ammunition depot(post)mode is proposed according to the decision-maker′s preference for risk or conservatism.Combined with the subject conditions ordered by a certain brigade to a certain battalion,this method is used to rank the good and bad field ammunition depot(post).The optimal results obtained are consistent with the results obtained by the comprehensive research of the battalion,the effectiveness of this proposed method is verified.The established AHP-entropy weight-Vikor method can provide scientific reference for commanders to make decisions of choosing the mode of field ammunition depot(post)during wartime.
