摘 要:为实现广东某风化花岗岩中石英、长石、云母、高岭土等有价矿物的回收利用,开展了选矿综合回收试验研究。针对石英砂+12目颗粒采用“擦洗-分级-磨矿-分级-磁选-浮选云母-浮选长石-酸擦洗”工艺流程,经过高梯度除铁,HK-1和HK-2反浮长石,十二胺反浮云母,石油磺酸钠反浮钛铁矿,最终可获得满足JC/T 2314-2015《光伏玻璃用硅质原料》要求的石英砂精矿,对所得精矿增加酸浸工艺可获得高端电子玻璃砂;-12+150目颗粒采用“擦洗-分级-磨矿-分级-磁选-浮选云母-浮选长石”工艺流程,可获得满足GB 11614-2022《平板玻璃》要求的石英精矿;对流程中产生的中矿和尾矿进行提纯试验,分离出了品质较好的云母、长石和高岭土,实现了有价矿物的综合回收。In order to realize the recovery and utilization of valuable minerals such as quartz,feldspar,mica and kaolin in a weathered granite in Guangdong province,comprehensive experimental research on mineral processing recovery was carried out.For +12 mesh particles of quartz sand,the process of "scrubbing-classification-grinding-classification-magnetic separation-flotation mica-flotation feldspar-acid scrubbing" is adopted.After high gradient iron removal,HK-1 and HK-2 reverse flotation feldspar,dodecylamine reverse flotation mica,sodium petroleum sulfonate reverse flotation ilmenite,quartz sand concentrate meeting the requirements of JC/T 2314-2015 "siliceous raw material for photovoltaic glass" can be obtained.High-end electronic glass sand can be obtained by adding acid leaching process to the obtained concentrate.The quartz concentrate meeting the requirements of GB 11614-2022 "flat glass" can be obtained by using the process of "scrub-classification-grinding-classification-magnetic separation-flotation mica-flotation feldspar" for particles of-12+150 mesh.The purification test of the middle ore and tailings produced in the process was carried out,and the mica,feldspar and kaolin with good quality were separated,and the comprehensive recovery of useful minerals was realized.
