难选粗粒长石与石英浮选分离药剂优化试验研究

摘  要:石英和长石是在地壳中广泛分布的硅酸盐造岩矿物,这两种矿物在物理性质、化学组成和结构构造等方面十分相似,且在自然界中常以共生体的形式存在,导致二者浮选分离难度较大。虽然已有学者开发出了性能优异的阴阳离子组合捕收剂及成套浮选技术,但是大于0.2 mm的粗粒级长石与石英分离仍较困难,严重制约了光伏玻璃用石英砂、高纯石英砂等行业的高质量发展。本文以江西宜春某石英矿为研究对象,探讨其中-0.6+0.212 mm粒级长石的浮选影响因素,通过条件试验获得提高粗粒级长石与石英浮选分离效果的最佳药剂条件,结果表明:调整阴阳离子捕收剂配比、添加六偏磷酸钠和辅助捕收剂,有利于粗粒长石的上浮;以适量六偏磷酸钠作为抑制剂既可以解吸作用于石英表面的PSK-76,也可以在粗粒长石表面形成疏水薄层,有利于粗粒长石与十二胺作用,从而提升粗粒长石与石英的分离效果。Quartz and feldspar are silicate rock-forming minerals widely existing in the earth's crust.These two minerals are very similar in physical properties,chemical composition and structural structure,and often exist in the form of symbionts in nature,which makes it difficult to separate them by flotation.Although some scholars have developed excellent anion-cation combined collectors and complete flotation technologies,it is still difficult to separate coarse-grained feldspars and quartz larger than 0.2 mm,which seriously restricts the high-quality development of industries such as quartz sand and high-purity quartz sand for photovoltaic glass.In this paper,a quartz ore in Yichun,Jiangxi province was taken as the research object,and the factors affecting the flotation of feldspar with a particle size of-0.6+0.212 mm were explored.The optimum reagent conditions for improving the flotation separation effect of coarse-grained feldspar and quartz are obtained through conditional tests.The results show that adjusting the ratio of anion and cation collectors,adding sodium hexametaphosphate and auxiliary collectors are beneficial for the upward the flotation of coarse-grained feldspar.Using an appropriate amount of sodium hexametaphosphate as an inhibitor can not only desorb PSK-76 acting on the surface of quartz,but also form a hydrophobic thin layer on the surface of coarse-grained feldspar,which is conducive to the interaction between coarse-grained feldspar and dodecylamine,thereby improving the separation effect of coarse-grained feldspar and quartz.
