摘 要:波纹钢板剪力墙作为一种新型抗侧力构件,其几何构造在一定程度上起到了加劲作用,避免了板面加劲肋的焊接问题。两边连接横向波纹钢板剪力墙可通过合理设计实现先屈服后屈曲,具有两阶段受力特征,初始抗侧刚度和残余水平承载力较高。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对两边连接横向波纹钢板剪力墙的滞回性能进行了系统的参数研究,给出了具有良好残余水平承载力的板形推荐建议。通过对影响波纹钢板剪力墙力学性能的高厚比、跨高比、波长、波形比和波纹角等几何参数进行分析,发现高厚比和跨高比对波纹钢板剪力墙抗侧性能影响最大,当波纹钢板高厚比在450~900之间,跨高比在0.7~1.0之间时,波纹钢板剪力墙具有良好的滞回性能和延性;波纹钢板的波形比及波纹角是影响两边连接横向波纹钢板剪力墙残余水平承载力和耗能能力的重要因素,波纹钢板的波形比控制在0.5~1.0之间且波形角控制在90°~120°之间时,两边连接横向波纹钢板剪力墙可获得足够的残余水平承载力。Corrugated steel plate shear walls(CSPSW)is a new type of lateral force resisting component.The geometric construction plays the role of stiffening ribs to a certain extent,and avoids the complex welding construction process and residual welding stresses.Two-side connected transverse CSPSW by reasonable design can realize the yielding before buckling,and achieve the two-stage mechanical characteristics with the preferable initial lateral stiffness and residual lateral strength.A systematical parameter analysis was conducted by finite element software of ABAQUS on the two-side connected transverse CSPSW,and the optimal plate shape design suggestions were proposed.Based on the analytical results of the height-to-thickness ratio(H/t),span-to-height ratio(L/H),wave length(Cl),waveshape ratio(Ca/Cl)and wave corrugation angle(θ),the parameters of H/t and L/H are the most important influencing factors.When the parameter of H/t was controlled in the range from 450 to 900 and the parameter of L/H ranged from 0.7 to 1.0,the preferable hysteretic energy dissipation capacity and ductility of CSPSW are achieved.Additionally,the wave-shape ratio and the corrugation angle of CSPSW are important factors that significantly affected the residual lateral strength and energy dissipation capacity of two-side connected transverse CSPSW.When the wave-shape ratio is in the range from 0.5 to 1.0 and the corrugation angle ranges from 90°to 120°,the two-side connected transverse CSPSW can obtain the enough residual lateral strength.
