输电塔钢管角钢组合节点承载能力模拟分析与计算方法研究

摘  要:依托输电线路实际工程,选取输电铁塔主材与横担连接处钢管角钢组合节点为研究对象,采用数值软件ABAQUS建立了钢管角钢组合节点精细化有限元模型,并通过静力加载试验验证了有限元模型的合理性;随后模拟分析了组合节点的传力机理和应力分布,明确了不同参数对组合节点受力特性的影响规律。结果表明,钢管、中环板与竖向板相交区域出现应力集中且最大应力达到屈服强度,并向四周扩散且逐渐减小,中环板和竖向板的厚度是影响组合节点极限承载力的关键因素。采用有效宽度法计算了中环板和竖向板的承载能力,建立了不同板件的内力占比计算式,基于此,提出了组合节点承载力计算方法。所提出的极限承载力计算方法与数值模拟结果的误差在13%以内,验证了计算方法的合理性,可为钢管角钢组合节点的结构设计与分析提供参考。A tube-angle combo joint located at the connection between the main member and crossarm of transmission towers was selected as the research object based on an actual transmission line.A refined finite element model of the tubeangle combo joint was established in software ABAQUS and its rationality was verified by comparing with static load test results.Subsequently,the transmission and distribution of stresses of the tube-angle combo joint were numerically analyzed,and the influence of different parameters on the force characteristics was clarified.The numerical results show that the stresses in the intersection area of the steel tube,the middle ring plate and the vertical plate are relatively concentrated,and the stresses spread around and gradually decrease.The thicknesses of the middle ring plate and the vertical plate are the key factors affecting the ultimate bearing capacity of the tube-angle combo joint.Finally,the bearing capacities of the middle ring plate and the vertical plate are calculated based on the effective width method,and the calculation formula for the force proportion of different plates are established.Based on this,the calculation method for the bearing capacity of the tube-angle combo joint is further proposed.The error between the proposed method and the numerical simulation is within 13%,indicating a rationality for the proposed method.This study provides guidance for the structural design and analysis of the steel tube-angle combo joints.
