碟簧螺栓连接柱脚节点滞回模型与性能研究

摘  要:框架结构在地震作用下易在柱脚处形成塑性铰,设计损伤可控且具有复位能力的柱脚节点可有效提高框架结构的抗震性能和韧性。基于实际工程应用的螺栓和盖板连接,提出了将碟簧螺栓和屈曲约束翼缘盖板分别作为恢复和耗能元件的一种碟簧螺栓连接柱脚节点。推导了节点的理论滞回模型以及部分构件的内力计算式,采用ABAQUS软件建立了节点有限元模型并进行了滞回分析。结果表明,提出节点的滞回曲线呈典型的旗帜形,损伤集中于屈曲约束翼缘盖板的核心板,碟簧螺栓有效地减小了节点残余变形;有限元模型与理论滞回模型的结果吻合较好。最后,依据理论滞回模型,通过改变核心板厚度、钢柱轴压力、碟簧螺栓预紧力和组合碟簧刚度,分别研究了翼缘盖板-钢柱刚度比Rec、轴压比Ra、复位比Rr和碟簧螺栓-钢柱刚度比Rsr共4种无量纲参数对节点滞回性能的影响。结果表明,Rec、Ra和Rr影响节点承载力、耗能能力和残余变形;当通过改变碟簧螺栓预紧力来增加Rr时,碟簧可能在推覆过程中被压平;Rsr对节点的承载力和耗能能力影响较小,但对组合碟簧的压缩变形能力影响较大。Frame structures are prone to form plastic hinges at the column base under earthquakes,and the design of damagecontrolled column base joints with self-centering capability can effectively improve the seismic performance and resilience of frame structures.In this paper,based on the engineering practical bolt and cover connections,disc spring bolt and buckling-restrained flange cover plate are proposed as the resilient and energy-dissipating elements,respectively,forming a column base joint with disc spring bolts.The theoretical hysteresis model of the joint and the internal force calculation equations of some components are derived.The finite element model of the joint is established and the hysteresis analysis is performed using ABAQUS software.The results show that the hysteresis curve of the proposed joint behaves in a typical flag shape,the damage is concentrated in the core plates of the buckling-restrained flange cover plates,and the disc spring bolts effectively reduce the residual deformation of the joint.The finite element model and theoretical hysteresis model are verified with each other,and the two results are in good agreement.Finally,based on the theoretical hysteresis model,the effects of four dimensionless parameters,namely flange cover plate-steel column stiffness ratio Rec,axial compression ratio Ra,self-centering ratio Rr and disc spring bolt-steel column stiffness ratio Rsr,on the hysteresis performance of the joint were investigated by changing the core plate thickness,steel column axial compression,disc spring bolt preload and combined disc spring stiffness,respectively.The results show that Rec,Ra and Rr affect the joint load capacity,energy dissipation capacity and residual deformation,When Rr is increased by changing disc spring bolt preload,the disc springs may be flattened during pushover;Rsr has less effect on the load capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the joints,but has more effect on the compression deformation of the combined disc springs.
