摘　　要：目的探讨鼻腔非霍奇金淋巴瘤相对特异的影像征象,以提高其诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析6例经病理学证实的鼻腔淋巴瘤的临床资料和影像学资料。结果6例鼻腔病变中,单侧4例,双侧2例,以鼻腔前部为主;4例累及鼻背部及颌面部皮肤,侵犯上颌窦5例,筛窦4例,眼眶2例;2例骨质破坏,包含上颌骨1例、鼻甲骨2例、筛骨板2例。CT平扫病灶形态不规则,软组织密度,未见囊变坏死或钙化灶;MRI平扫T1WI呈等信号,T2WI呈高信号,增强扫描呈轻中度强化。结论影像检查发现鼻腔软组织肿块,伴有鼻背部和颌面部肿胀,骨质破坏较轻,增强扫描呈轻中度强化,应考虑淋巴瘤可能。Objective To evaluate the relatively specific imaging features of non Hodgkin's lymphoma in the nasal cavity,and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Methods Clinical and imaging data of 6 cases of nasal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma confirmed by histopathology were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 6 cases of nasal lesions,including 4 cases on one side and 2 cases on both sides,mainly located in the anterior part of the nasal cavity;4 cases involved the skin of the nasal back and maxillofacial region,5 cases involved the maxillary sinus,4 cases involved the ethmoid sinus,and 2 cases involved the eye socket;2 cases of bone destruction,including 1 case of maxilla,2cases of turbinate bone,and 2 cases of ethmoid plate.Non-contrast CT scaning showed irregular lesion morphology,soft tissue density,but without cystic degeneration or calcification;Non-contrast MRI scaning showed isointensity on T1WI,hyperintensity on T2WI,and mild to moderate enhancement on contrast-enhanced scan.Conclusion If the imaging examination reveals soft tissue masses in the nasal cavity,accompanied by soft tissue swelling in the nasal back and maxillofacial region,with slight bone destruction,with mild to moderate enhancement,the possibility of lymphoma should be considered.
