中兽医药产业现状与高质量发展的建议

摘　　要：中兽医药作为我国传统医学的重要组成部分,在动物疫病防治方面具有悠久的应用历史和丰富的实践经验。近年来,中兽医药产业取得了快速发展,成为畜牧兽医行业中的重要支柱产业之一。为贯彻党的二十大报告精神,梳理我国中兽医药行业发展现状,分析兽用中药产业发展过程中存在的瓶颈问题,通过实地走访、座谈交流、电话问答、问卷调查、查阅资料等方式进行调研。结果发现,中兽医药产业在药用资源、市场规模和人才培养方面虽经历一定发展,但仍存在原材料成本高、企业研发动力不足、专业人才缺乏等制约产业发展的瓶颈问题。下一步建议加强中兽医药产业发展的顶层设计,充分发挥政策对产业的引领作用;加强中兽医药学科建设和人才队伍建设,构建多元化继续教育平台,以“组合拳”形式开展分层培训,提升基层中兽医从业者理论水平,增强一线临床诊疗能力;打造兽用中药产业链全面发展,以期更好地推行“同一健康”理念,促进中兽医药产业高质量发展。As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese veterinary medicine has a long history of application and rich practical experience in the prevention and treatment of animal diseases.In recent years,the Chinese veterinary medicine industry has achieved rapid development and has become one of the important pillar industries in the animal husbandry and veterinary industry.In order to implement the spirit of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,clarify the current situation and problems of the Chinese veterinary medicine industry,sort out the current situation of the development of the Chinese veterinary medicine industry,analyze the bottleneck problems in the development of the veterinary Chinese medicine industry,researches were conducted through field visits,discussions and exchanges,telephone questions and answers,questionnaires,and access to information.The research results showed that although the Chinese veterinary medicine industry had experienced certain development in medicinal resources,market scale and personnel training,there were still bottlenecks restricting industrial development,such as high raw material costs,insufficient reach and development power of enterprises,and lack of professional talents.In the next step,it is suggested to strengthen the top-level design of the development of Chinese veterinary medicine industry and give full play to the leading role of policies in the industry,to strengthen the construction of Chinese veterinary medicine discipline and talent team,to build a diversified continuing education platform and carry out hierarchical training in the form of“combination boxing”,to improve the theoretical level of grassroots Chinese veterinary practitioners,and to enhance the ability of first-line clinical diagnosis and treatment,to build a comprehensive development of the industrial chain of veterinary traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better implement the concept of“one health”and promote the high-quality development
