摘　　要：运用基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型来评价蒙药小秦艽花野生药材的质量。以甘肃省肃北县11批不同地域采集的小秦艽花为研究对象,分别测定浸出物含量、6种指标性成分(马钱苷酸、獐芽菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷、异荭草苷、异牡荆苷)总含量、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、铜等指标;以上述6种指标性成分的含量作为评价指标,建立模糊物元模型,计算各评价指标的均值、方差、变异系数、权重,得到贴近度值并排序,对11批蒙药药材小秦艽花进行综合评价。通过模糊物元模型计算的欧氏贴近度值的大小排序,认为肃北县盐池湾乡采集的小秦艽花品质优于肃北县党城湾镇和石包城乡采集的小秦艽花。构建的基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型原理简单,计算方便,可用于小秦艽花野生药材的综合质量评价。The objective was to use the fuzzy matter-element model based on the weight of coefficient of variation to evaluate the quality of Gentiana dahurica flower.11 samples collected from different areas in Subei County,Jiuquan City were used as the research object,the extracts,total contents of 6 components(loganic acid,swertiamarin,gentiopicroside,sweroside,isoorientin,isovitexin),water content,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and copper were determined.A fuzzy matter-element model was established with the contents of these 6 components as the evaluation index.The mean value,variance,coefficient of variation and weight of each evaluation index were calculated,and finally the closeness value was obtained and sorted.The comprehensive evaluation was carried out for 11 batches of Mongolian medicinal herbs.According to the order of the Euclidean proximity value calculated by the fuzzy matter element model,it was concluded that the quality of Gentiana dahurica flower collected from Yanchiwan town of Subei County was better than that from Dangchengwan town and Shibao town and countryside of Subei County.The fuzzy matter-element model based on coefficient of variation weight is simple and easy to calculate,and can be used for the comprehensive quality evaluation of Gentiana dahurica flower.
