摘 要:电缆接头是电缆系统中故障率最高的部分,防爆盒可有效降低电缆接头故障造成的损害,而防爆盒的存在会对电缆接头温度产生影响。文中首先建立了10 kV三芯电缆接头及防爆盒的三维简化模型,运用Ansys仿真软件对该三维模型进行了电磁—热及电磁—热—流双向耦合仿真,分析了电缆接头不加防爆盒、防爆盒填充物为密封胶、防爆盒内无填充物3种情况下的温度场分布规律,之后分析了空气对流换热系数、环境温度和密封胶导热系数3种因素对加装防爆盒前、后接头峰值温度的影响。研究结果表明,接头加装防爆盒后,两种情况下接头温度均有所升高,防爆盒内无填充物时接头温度变化更大;随着换热系数的增大,加装防爆盒前、后的接头峰值温差逐渐增大;环境温度对加装防爆盒前、后接头峰值温度变化幅度的影响可忽略不计;密封胶导热系数增大到一定程度后有助于电缆接头载流量的提升。The cable joint is the part with the highest fault rate in the cable system,the damage due to cable joint fault can be effectively reduced by the explosion-proof box.However,the existence of explosion-proof box will affect the temperature of the cable joint.In this paper,the 3D simplified model of 10 kV three core cable joint and explosion-proof box is set up.The Ansys simulation software is used to simulate the electromagnetic-heat and electromagnetic-heat-fluid two-way coupling of the 3D model to analysis the temperature field distribution at such three cases as no addition of explosion-proof box,addition of of explosion-proof box with sealant as the filler and addition of explosion-proof box without filler.Then,the influence on the peak temperature before and after the addition of the explosion-proof box due to such three factors as air convection heat transfer coefficient,ambient temperature and the thermal conductivity of sealant.The research results show that the temperature of cable joint is increased at two cases after addition of the explosion-proof box for the joint and,in case of no filler in the explosion-proof box,the temperature of the joint is more variable.With the increase of the heat transfer coefficient,the peak temperature difference of the joints before and after adding the explosion-proof box increases gradually.While,the influence of ambient temperature on the variation amplitude of peak temperature can be ignored before and after adding the explosion-proof box.The increase of thermal conductivity of sealant to a certain extent is conductive to the increase of the cable joint current carrying capacity.
