摘 要:电压传感器是深度融合型柱上开关的关键器件,其自身直接承受电压载荷,是深度融合柱上开关产品开发成败的关键。以无机物介质为载体的高压陶瓷电容器,具有体积小、容量大、寿命长的特点,尤其契合深度融合型固封极柱的结构特点和应用场景。文中首先分析了陶瓷电容器件特性,再结合深度融合柱上开关产品的具体应用场景,开发了基于高压陶瓷电容器的一二次融合柱上开关产品;相关研究表明,高压陶瓷电容器在配网领域应用具有相当潜力。The voltage sensor directly subjected to the voltage load itself is a key component of the deep fusion column switch and the key to the success or failure of the deep fusion column switch product development.High voltage ceramic capacitor using inorganic medium as carriers have such characteristics as small volume,large capacity and long service life,and is especially suitable for the structural characteristics and application scenarios of deep fusion type fixed sealing poles.In this paper,the characteristics of ceramic capacitor are analyzed firstly.Then,the primary and secondary fusion column switch based on high-voltage ceramic capacitor is developed in combination with the specific application scenarios of deep column column switch.The related studies show that the high-voltage ceramic capacitor has considerable potential for application in the field of distribution network.
