摘 要:发电机出口PT高压侧熔断器在非故障条件下频繁熔断,严重威胁发电厂的安全生产。在对PT高压熔断器解体分析和对运行情况统计分析后,呈现“慢熔”特征。文中按照现场实际参数搭建了计及电磁暂态变化过程的计算模型,对影响PT高压侧的暂态响应进行定量分析,分别讨论了倒送电、PT剩磁以及单相接地故障对PT高压熔断器的电磁暂态冲击效应,得出结论:合闸冲击、单相接地故障以及剩磁或多种暂态过程的叠加会给PT高压侧带来数倍于额定电流的电流冲击,电流冲击的长期累积效应对熔断器的疲劳特性造成影响从而推动熔体发生“慢熔”。分析结果与ATP-EMTP软件仿真结果一致。由此提出相应的技术整改措施,对厂(站)的安全生产起到积极促进作用,同时对进一步优化厂(站)的运行规范,对设备生产厂家的生产工艺和设备结构改进皆有借鉴价值。The frequent fuse of PT HV fuse at generator outlet under non-fault condition seriously threatens safe production of power plant.The PT HV fuse after the disassembly analysis and operation statistics analysis shows the characteristics of‘slow fusing'.According to the actual field parameters in this paper,a calculation model taking into account the process of electromagnetic transient variation is set up,and the transient response of PT HV side is quantitatively analyzed.The electromagnetic transient impact effect of switching,PT remanence and single-phase grounding fault on PT HV fuse is discussed respectively.It is concluded that the superposition of closing shock,singlephase grounding fault,remanence or multiple transient processes can bring current shock several times that of the rated current to the high voltage side of PT.The long-term cumulative effect of current shock will affect the fatigue characteristics of the fuse and promote the‘slow fusing'of the melt.The analysis results are in agreement with the simulation results of ATP-EMTP.The corresponding technical rectification measures are therefore proposed,which play a positive role in promoting the safe production of the plant and,at the same time,have reference for further optimizing the operation specifications of the plant and improving the production technology and equipment structure of the equipment manufacturers.
