人文意蕴:图书馆高质量发展的核心要义

摘　　要：文章由图书馆人文意蕴的内涵谈起,分四个层面论述图书馆人文意蕴的思想有其坚实深刻的哲学渊源,足以支撑起图书馆在满足人民群众日益增长的文化需求方面的高质量发展。但是,现实情况还有不容乐观的一面,必须直面其存在的问题。对此给出如下六条解决建议:压实基层政府责任;以标准化促进城乡公共图书馆一体化、均等化发展;以人为中心,扩大图书馆受众覆盖面,提升服务实效性;以人为中心,加强公共文化数字化建设,培养、提升全民数字技能;以人为中心,推动区域帮扶、行业融合;以人为中心,积极营销,把文献送出去,把读者迎进来。Starting from the connotation of “human-centered library”,this study explores that the thought of “human-centered library” and its solid and profound philosophical origin,which is enough to support the high-quality development of library to meet the increasing cultural needs of the people.However,since the reality of the situation is not so optimistic,there are still problems to be solved.Therefore,this paper put forward six suggestions as follows:to consolidate the responsibility of the grass-roots government;to promote the integration and equalization development of urban and rural public libraries by standardization;to expand the coverage of library audiences in a people-oriented way,to improve the effectiveness of service;to strengthen the digital construction of public culture with people-oriented methods,to cultivate and enhance the digital skills of the whole people;to enhance regional assistance and industry integration with an human-centered approach;to take active marketing measures to send literature out and bring readers in by adopting human-centered methods.
