论推进马克思主义民族理论与政策学科建设的着力点

摘　　要：马克思主义民族理论与政策是新、旧民族学学科中唯一名称未变且被保留的二级学科,在新时代新征程上,以问题为导向推进该学科建设,是优化调整民族学学科的必然要求和具体体现,对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识、坚持中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路、加快中国民族学自主知识体系构建等具有重要意义。而要高质量推进该学科建设,应把厘清学科定位与职能、深刻回顾与反思学科建设和发展的历史、明确学科当前的研究方向及重点内容、正确把握当前系统推进学科建设的重点任务等作为着力点。The discipline of Marxist ethnic theory and policy is the only secondary discipline whose name has not changed and has been retained in the new and old first-class disciplines of ethnology.In the new era and new journey,promoting the construction of this discipline with problem orientation is the inevitable requirement and concrete embodiment of adjusting and optimizing the discipline of ethnology,which is of great significance for forging a strong sense of community for Chinese nation,adhering to the correct way to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics,and accelerating the construction of independent knowledge system of Chinese ethnology.In order to promote the discipline construction with high quality,we should focus on clarifying the discipline orientation and function,deeply reviewing and reflecting on the history of discipline construction and development,clarifying the current research direction and key contents of the discipline,and correctly grasping the key tasks of systematically promoting the discipline construction at present.
