摘　　要：中国式现代化是为了实现社会主义强国建设和中华民族伟大复兴这一历史目标为我们擘画的路径。深刻理解铸牢中华民族共同体意识的基本内涵,要准确把握中国式现代化的特征和本质要求。铸牢中华民族共同体意识必须服务于强国建设和中华民族伟大复兴的历史目标,立足中国式现代化,法律保障是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的题中应有之义。基于此,制定民族团结进步促进法,健全民族法律法规,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识法治保障的重点内容,加强推广国家通用语言文字和中华文化法治保障等为内容的文化法治建设是法治保障的重要举措。健全铸牢中华民族共同体意识制度机制将是完善铸牢中华民族共同体意识法治保障的工作重点。Chinese path to modernization is a historical path for us to achieve the historical goal of construction of a socialist strong country and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.A deep understanding of the basic connotation of forging the sense of community for Chinese nation depends on an accurate grasp of the characteristics and essential requirements of it.The historical goal of construction of a strong country and the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation must be severed to forge the sense of community for Chinese nation.Legal protection is an integral part of it.Based on this,formulating the National Unity and Progress Promotion Law and using it as the core to improve ethnic laws and regulations is a key aspect of forging the sense of community for Chinese nation and ensuring the rule of law.Strengthening cultural rule of law construction,which includes the construction of the national common language and Chinese culture,is an important measure to ensure the rule of law.Establishing a sound system and mechanism will be a key focus of improving the legal guarantee for it.
