干法镧改性凹凸棒对水体磷吸附特性及固磷容量扩增机理研究

摘  要:针对传统改性过程中,废液产生量大、可能对周围环境产生二次污染的问题.本文以凹凸棒(ATP)为载体,利用干法镧负载的方法制备镧改性凹凸棒(La-ATP),并研究分析镧改性凹凸棒对磷的吸附特征,同时考察pH、干扰离子等因素对镧改性凹凸棒吸附效果的影响,并利用微观表征、矿物结构等手段研究镧改性凹凸棒的磷吸附容量扩增机理.结果表明,La-ATP在pH为6.0~8.0之间对磷的吸附效果最好,最大吸附容量为21.04 mg·g^(-1),且能在30 min内吸附90%的磷(磷浓度为200 mg·L^(-1)).pH值与竞争离子等影响因素实验结果表明,镧改性凹凸棒对磷的吸附效率基本不受外界环境因子干扰,具有较大的使用范围.对改性后的凹凸棒矿物结构及官能团分析表明,改性过程中凹凸棒孔径明显增加,镧离子通过进入凹凸棒的孔道实现了改性材料固磷容量的快速扩增,并可快速与水体中磷形成沉淀物,去除水体中的磷酸根.以上研究结果表明,干法镧改性凹凸棒具有较高的磷吸附容量,且制备过程简单、环保,具有广泛的用途.Traditional modification often produces a lot of liquid waste,which may cause secondary pollution to the surrounding environment.This study introduces a novel approach to preparing lanthanum modified attapulgite(La-ATP)by drying method using attapulgite(ATP)as a carrier.The adsorption characteristics of La-ATP for phosphorus and the influences of pH and co-existing ions were investigated.At the same time,the adsorptionenhanced mechanism of La-ATP was analyzed with microscopic characterization,mineral structure.The results showed that La-ATP had optimal P adsorption at pH 6~8,with an adsorption capacity of 21.04 mg·g^(-1).The adsorption efficiency could reached 90%within 30 min when the initial concentration of P was 200 mg L^(-1).The experiment assessing the impact of pH and co-existing ions indicated that the adsorption efficiency of La-ATP for phosphorus were basically not affected by external environmental factors,and had a wide range of application.Mineral structure and functional groups analysis of La-ATP showed that the pore size increased significantly during the modification process.The adsorption capacity expands rapidly,as lanthanum ion entering the pores of ATP,and could quickly remove P through precipitate formation.The results demonstrated that lanthanum modified attapulgite prepared by the dry method had a better phosphorus adsorption capacity,and the preparation process was simple,environmentally friendly,and had a wide application range.
