摘  要:硫自养反硝化脱氮是城市污水处理厂二级出水深度脱氮的一种重要方法,但是如何在同一反应器中实现同步脱氮除磷仍然是急需解决的问题.本研究以Na_(2)S作为硫自养脱氮电子供体,分别以白云岩、石灰岩、菱铁矿矿石、褐铁矿矿石破碎筛分得到的2~4 mm颗粒物构建硫自养脱氮生物滤床动态柱,考察不同矿物填料、水力停留时间(HRT)和S/N对硫自养反硝化脱氮除磷性能的影响.结果表明当S/N=2.8、水温25~29℃、HRT=1 h,4根动态柱的脱氮效率均达到了95%以上,表现出优异的硫自养反硝化脱氮性能,出水pH稳定在7.5~8,无NO_(2)^(-)-N积累.对比各动态柱除磷效果:白云岩、石灰岩、菱铁矿的除磷效果比较接近,磷去除率达到68%,残余磷浓度<0.32 mg·L^(-1);滤料中褐铁矿存在并没有促进磷的去除.白云岩、石灰岩、菱铁矿滤料中新生了低结晶度的钙磷化合物,表明较高的除磷效果与其自养脱氮过程中非生物反应释放钙离子、铁离子有关.高通量测序表明,以Na_(2)S作为电子供体反硝化脱氮时主要功能菌为硫杆菌属.Sulfur autotrophic denitrification is an important method for advanced nitrogen removal of secondary effluent in municipal wastewater treatment plants,but how to simultaneously remove phosphorus is still an urgent problem.In this study,Na_(2)S was used as electron donor for sulfur autotrophical denitrification.The dynamic column of sulfur autotrophic denitrification biofilter was constructed with 2~4 mm particles obtained from dolomite,limestone,siderite and limonite ores,respectively,to investigate the effects of different minerals,hydraulic residence time(HRT)and S/N on the nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance of sulfur autotrophic denitrification.The results showed that when S/N=2.8,water temperature 25~29℃,HRT at 1 h,the denitrification efficiency of the four columns reached more than 95%,showing excellent sulfur autotrophical denitrification performance.The effluent pH was stable at 7.5~8,and no NO_(2)^(-)-N accumulation.The results show that the phosphorus removal efficiency of dolomite,limestone and siderite is similar,the phosphorus removal rate reaches 68%,and the residual phosphorus concentration is less than 0.32 mg·L^(-1).The presence of limonite did not promote phosphorus removal.Calcium and phosphorus compounds with low crystallinity were newly formed in dolomite,limestone and siderite filter media,indicating that the higher phosphorus removal was related to the release of calcium and iron ions in non-biological reaction during autotrophic nitrogen removal.High-throughput sequencing results showed that the main functional bacteria in denitrification with Na_(2)S as electron donor was Thiobacillus.
