摘 要:针对某企业所属矿区破碎薄矿体在采用削壁充填法回采时存在冒顶片帮问题,提出向上回采过程中浇筑水平和垂直方向的混凝土柱,用于控制采场整体地压,防止上盘岩体的大规模变形。利用FLAC3D软件对混凝土柱双向间隔参数进行数值优化,设计了9组参数方案,模拟得到了各分层回采后采场内部、周边矿岩以及混凝土柱的应力场、位移场及塑性区的分布情况,结果显示当混凝土柱间距参数为25 m×20 m时,混凝土柱内部塑性显著增长,并随着间距参数的增大呈现大面积贯通,导致混凝土柱支护强度减弱,影响整个采场的稳定性,因此,从塑性区角度和矿山需求进行判断,建议采场混凝土柱间距尺寸选为25 m×15 m。In response to the problem of roof collapse and rib failure during the use of the wall-cut and fill method for the fractured thin ore body in the mining area of a certain enterprise,it is proposed to install horizontal and vertical concrete columns during the upward mining process to control the overall ground pressure of the mining area and prevent large-scale deformation of the hanging rock mass.Using FLAC3D software,numerical optimization was carried out on the bidirectional spacing parameters of concrete columns.Nine sets of parameter schemes were designed,and the stress field,displacement field,and plastic zone distribution inside and around the mining area,as well as the concrete columns,were simulated after each layer of extraction.The results showed that when the spacing parameters of the concrete columns were 25 m×20 m,the plasticity inside the concrete columns significantly increased,and with the increase of the spacing parameter,it shows a large area of penetration,leading to a weakening of the support strength of the concrete columns and affecting the stability of the entire mining area.Therefore,from the perspective of the plastic zone and mining demand,it is recommended that the concrete column spacing in the mining area should be selected as 25 m×15 m.
