摘 要:某高硫高砷铜铁多金属矿的矿物组成复杂,主要矿物黄铜矿与硫铁、毒砂以及其他脉石矿物赋存紧密,原矿中铜品位为0.73%、硫品位为11.33%、铁品位为26.4%、砷品位为1.11%,属高硫高砷的铜铁多金属矿。为使矿石中有用矿物综合回收,开展了选矿试验研究。结果表明:采用铜优先浮选工艺,在闭路试验可获得铜品位24.56%、铜回收率85.21%的铜精矿,铜精矿中砷含量为0.21%,砷分布率为0.43%,指标良好。此外,由于选铜尾矿中含硫、砷较高,且硫理论品位较低,磁选难以低成本得到合格的硫精矿和铁精矿,因此不进行回收。The mineral composition of a high-sulfur and high-arsenic copper-iron polymetallic ore is complex.The main mineral chalcopyrite is closely associated with pyrite,arsenopyrite,and other gangue minerals.The copper grade in the raw ore is 0.73%,sulfur grade is 11.33%,iron grade is 26.4%,and arsenic grade is 1.11%,which belongs to the high-sulfur and high-arsenic copper-iron polymetallic ore.In order to comprehensively recover the useful minerals in the ore,mineral processing experiments were carried out.The results show that:by using the copper prior flotation process,a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 24.56%and a copper recovery rate of 85.21%can be obtained in the closed-circuit test.The arsenic content in the copper concentrate is 0.21%,and the arsenic partitioning coefficient is 0.43%,which are good indicators.In addition,due to the high sulfur and arsenic content in the copper tailings and the low theoretical grade of sulfur content,it is difficult to obtain qualified sulfur and iron concentrates at low cost by magnetic separation,so the recovery is not carried out.
