摘  要:由于优质碳酸锰矿资源短缺,氧化锰矿石的开发利用变得尤为重要。本文探讨了福建某锰矿区低品位氧化锰矿石选矿工艺的改进,该矿区原矿平均锰品位约为17%,需选矿富集。针对原工艺流程中存在的问题,增加了孔径12 mm的分级筛和对辊机破碎,显著提高了锰矿石的产率和回收率,降低了尾矿品位。选矿工艺的改进为企业提高了经济效益和社会效益。Due to the shortage of high-quality manganese carbonate ore resources,the development and utilization of manganese oxide ores have become particularly important.This paper discusses the improvement of the ore dressing technology for low-grade manganese oxide ores in a manganese mine area in Fujian.The average manganese grade of the raw ores in the mine area is about 17%,which requires enrichment by ore dressing processes.In response to the problems in the original process flow,a grading screen with a mesh size of 12 mm and a roller crusher were introduced,which significantly improved the recovery and recovery rate of manganese ores and reduced the grade of tailings.The improvement of the ore dressing process has increased the economic and social benefits for the enterprise.
