摘 要:针对卫星通信收发机传统超外差技术带来的大体积、高功耗、高成本等问题,设计了一种基于零中频技术的小型化卫星通信收发机。该收发机采用零中频收发芯片对S频段信号进行变频、滤波、数模/模数转换等,并在低功耗FPGA中完成基带信号处理,从而实现了S频段卫星通信收发处理。试验测试表明,该收发机能实现−80 dBm信号无误码接收,以及小于1%的EVM、小于−60 dBc的邻道功率泄露抑制以及小于−60 dBc杂散抑制的卫星信号发射,可应用于便携式、船载、车载等卫星通信场合。In view of the defects of large size,high power consumption and high cost caused by the traditional superheterodyne technology of satellite communication transceivers,a miniaturized satellite communication transceiver based on zero-intermediate frequency(zero-IF)technology is designed.The transceiver uses a zero-IF transceiver chip to convert,filter,and analog-digital convert(ADC)/digital-analog convert(DAC),and completes baseband signal processing in a lowpower FPGA,thereby realizing S-band satellite communication transceiver processing.Experimental tests show that the transceiver can achieve error-free reception at−80 dBm,and EVM less than 1%,adjacent channel power leakage suppression less than−60 dBc,spurious suppression less than−60 dBc of the transmitted signals,and it can be used in portable,shipborne,vehicle and other satellite communication occasions.
