摘  要:振动筛选是舰载电子产品环境应力筛选中常用应力,包括随机振动筛选和正弦振动筛选。传统在采用标准规范开展振动筛选时,往往机械式的选择振动筛选条件,而忽略了筛选条件背后所蕴含的科学理论,导致不合理的筛选频繁发生,为舰载电子产品使用阶段故障频发埋下隐患。本文通过分析舰载电子产品的环境和可靠性试验振动应力,提出振动筛选方法,可作为相关产品开展振动筛选的输入。Vibration screening is a commonly used stress screening method in the environmental stress screening of shipborne electronic products,including random vibration screening and sinusoidal vibration screening.Traditionally,when using standard specifications for vibration screening,mechanical selection of vibration screening conditions is often used,while ignoring the scientific theories behind the screening conditions,resulting in frequent occurrence of unreasonable screening and laying hidden dangers for frequent failures in the use of shipborne electronic products.This article analyzes the environmental and reliability testing vibration stress of shipborne electronic products and proposes a vibration screening method,which can be used as input for vibration screening of related products.
