摘  要:[目的]提出一种某型飞行器天线罩静热强度地面模拟等效的试验方法,用于对带烧蚀层天线罩结构在力热联合载荷作用下的强度考核。[方法]通过试验系统设计,将试验装置、天线罩模拟件封装到密封舱体内,同步施加温度和机械载荷,以模拟飞行过程中温度应力和机械应力的叠加效应。[结论]该试验方法能够对某型飞行器天线罩在飞行阶段所遭遇的复杂环境条件进行有效的地面模拟考核,为产品设计提供依据。[Purpose]To propose a ground simulation equivalent test method for the static and thermal strength of a certain type of aircraft antenna cover,which is used to evaluate the strength of the antenna cover structure with an ablation layer under combined force and heat loads.[Method]Through experimental system design,the experimental device and antenna cover simulation component are encapsulated in a sealed cabin,and temperature and mechanical loads are synchronously applied to simulate the superposition effect of temperature stress and mechanical stress during flight.[Conclusion]This experimental method can effectively simulate and assess the complex environmental conditions encountered by a certain type of aircraft antenna cover during flight,providing a basis for product design.
