摘 要:当前市场上口罩种类繁多,为了给消费者选购有效的防护口罩提供参考,选用国内市场销量较大的成人型医用外科口罩和一次性使用防护口罩,利用光学显微镜对两种口罩各层滤料表面进行了微观结构的观察,并对两种产品的孔隙率、面密度、厚度、拉伸性能、刚柔性、液体吸收性、接触角性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,与一次性使用防护口罩相比,医用外科口罩外层非织造材料的断裂强力和断裂伸长率更大,强力较高,韧性较好;内层非织造材料的弯曲刚度更小,材料表面更加柔软亲肤,佩戴更加舒适;各层非织造材料的液体吸收率更高,能够为人的面部提供更加舒适的佩戴环境。In order to provide reference for consumers to choose effective protective masks,adult medical surgical masks and disposable protective masks with large sales volume in domestic market were selected.The microstructure of each layer of filter media surface of the two masks was observed by optical microscope.The porosity,surface density,thickness,tensile properties,stiffness flexibility,liquid absorption and contact angle properties of the two products were tested and analyzed.The results showed that compared with disposable protective masks,the nonwoven materials of medical surgical masks had greater breaking strength and elongation at break,higher strength and better toughness.The bending stiffness of the inner nonwoven material was smaller,the surface of the material was softer and more skin-friendly,and it was more comfortable to wear.The liquid absorption rate of each layer of nonwoven materials was higher,which could provide a more comfortable wearing environment for the human face.
