摘 要:为实现废旧棉织物的绿色和高值化利用,将废旧棉织物经漂白、活化后再溶解在LiCl/DMAc溶剂中,加入羟乙基纤维素以调节油墨的可打印性。对处理前后的废旧棉织物的外观形貌及内部结构分析,发现处理后废旧棉织物有助于进一步的溶解。对油墨的流变性能研究,发现油墨表现出剪切变薄的行为。通过直接油墨书写3D打印技术成功制备出纤维素面料,改善打印面料的舒适性。讨论3D打印纤维素面料的形貌结构、机械强度和舒适性等。结果表明:与3D打印PLA面料相比,3D打印纤维素面料在柔韧性和润湿性方面都有所改善,其机械强度能满足服用要求,各项性能更接近于棉织物。最后,使用纤维素油墨打印不同花型的面料和服装,扩大纺织材料在3D打印领域的应用。这种新颖方法将废旧棉织物得到再利用,也为3D打印柔性面料和服装带来了广阔的前景。To realize eco-friendly and high-value utilization of waste cotton fabrics,the waste cotton fabrics were bleached,activated and then dissolved in LiCl/DMAc solvent.And hydroxyethyl cellulose was added to regulate the printability of the ink.The morphologies and internal structures of the waste cotton fabrics before and after treatment were analyzed and it was found that the treatment helped further dissolution.The rheological properties of the ink were examined,revealing shear-thinning behavior.Cellulosic fabrics were successfully prepared by using direct ink writing 3D printing technology,enhancing the comfort of the printed textiles.The morphology structures,mechanical strength and comfort of the 3D printed cellulose fabrics were discussed.The results indicated that compared with 3D printed PLA fabrics,3D printed cellulose fabrics exhibited better flexibility and wettability,the mechanical strength could meet the wearing requirements,and the properties were closer to cotton fabric.Finally,the cellulose inks were employed to print fabrics and garments with various patterns,broadening the application of textile materials in 3D printing.This innovative method recycles the waste cotton fabrics and brings broad prospect for 3D printing flexible fabrics and garments.
