摘  要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丝胶(SS)为原料,利用正交实验法通过同轴静电纺丝制备PVA/SS核壳纳米纤维,并对其进行测试分析。结果表明,随PVA浓度的增加,黏度逐渐增加,电导率无明显变化规律;SS溶液的电导率和黏度均随SS浓度的增加而逐渐增加。当SS浓度不变,随着PVA浓度的增加,其红外光谱曲线呈现出相似的规律;X射线衍射曲线波峰会越来越明显,其结晶度也会减小。该研究解决了丝胶的回收利用问题,PVA/SS核壳纳米纤维在生物医疗领域有潜在应用前景。PVA and SS were taken as raw materials,orthogonal experimental method was used to prepare PVA/SS core-shell nanofibers by coaxial electrospinning,and their properties were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the viscosity of PVA solution gradually improved with increase of PVA concentration,and there was no obvious change rule in conductivity.As the SS concentration increased,both conductivity and viscosity of SS solution gradually became higher.When the SS concentration was constant,the infrared spectrum curve showed a similar rule with the increase of PVA concentration.The peak of X-ray diffraction curve became more and more obvious,and its crystallinity also decreased.This study solved the problem of sericin recycling and utilization,and PVA/SS core-shell nanofibers had potential application prospects in the field of biomedicine.
