摘 要:随着纳米颜料色浆印花技术不断地向绿色环保、节能降耗方向发展,人们同时对纳米颜料色浆制备工艺及其印花织物手感、性能提出了更高的要求。主要对纳米颜料色浆制备方法及其尼龙超纤印花织物的应用进行了综述,介绍了纳米颜料色浆制备工艺的研究进展,阐述了纳米颜料色浆的主要性能、纳米颜料色浆印花织物的手感风格,并对纳米颜料色浆在尼龙超纤印花织物中的应用和未来发展趋势进行了总结和展望,为进一步研究和应用提供思路与方向。The continuous development of nano pigment paste printing technology towards green environmental protection,energy saving and consumption reduction has led to higher demands for the technology of nano pigment paste preparation and the tactile and performance of printed fabrics.In this paper,the preparation methods of nano pigment paste and their applications in nylon microfiber printing fabric were reviewed,the research progress of nano pigment paste preparation technology was introduced,the main properties of nano pigment paste and the tactile styles of printed fabric were elaborated.The application and future development trends of nano pigment pastes in nylon microfiber printing fabrics were summarized and prospected,providing thoughts and directions for further research and application.
