摘 要:以广西灌阳石英砂为研究对象,探究酸对石英砂的最优浸出方式,研究了酸浸时间、酸浸温度、酸浸浓度、粒径大小等对石英砂提纯效果的影响。结果表明,混酸对Fe等金属杂质去除效果显著,酸浸温度40℃,酸浸时间5 h,4%草酸+1%HF对石英砂提纯效果最佳,白度达到87.8%,SiO_(2)含量(质量分数,下同)达到99.91%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量降至0.0220%。此外,还与企业传统工艺对比分析了经济价值与可行性。Taking Guanyang quartz sand in Guangxi as the research object,the optimal leaching method of acid on quartz sand was explored.Under the optimal leaching method,the effects of acid leaching time,acid leaching temperature,acid leaching concentration and particle size on the purification effect of quartz sand are studied.The results show that the mixed acid has a significant effect on removing metallic impurities such as Fe.The best purification effect of quartz sand is achieved by acid leaching temperature of 40℃,acid leaching time of 5 h,and 4%oxalic acid+1%HF.The whiteness reaches 87.8%,the SiO_(2) content reaches 99.91%and the Fe_(2)O_(3) content decreases to 0.0220%.In addition,the economic value and feasibility is analyzed and compared with the traditional technology.
