摘 要:为解决染料废水带来的环境污染问题,以天然海泡石为原料,煅烧处理后再采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)进行改性,制备有机改性海泡石(CTAB/D-sep)。研究了CTAB/D-sep不同吸附条件对水体中金橙Ⅱ吸附性能的影响,并探究了其吸附动力学和热力学。结合透射电镜(TEM)、比表面积(BET)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对材料的结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,CTAB改性后,CTAB/D-sep在不破坏原海泡石(Y-sep)结构的前提下,在纤维状海泡石的表面覆盖了一层300~400 nm厚的表面活性剂薄膜,形成了有机疏水层,减少了纤维的团聚,降低了海泡石表面的电负性,从而增加了吸附性能,CTAB/D-sep比表面积由Y-sep的1.071 m^(2)/g提高到7.042 m^(2)/g。CTAB/D-sep对金橙Ⅱ的吸附效果良好,准二级动力学模型(R^(2)=0.968)和Langmuir热力学模型(R2>0.96)能够很好地拟合CTAB/D-sep对金橙Ⅱ的吸附过程,改性海泡石的吸附属于单分子层化学吸附。In order to solve the environmental pollution caused by dye wastewater,natural sepiolite was used as raw material,calcined,and then modified with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)to prepare organically modified sepiolite(CTAB/D-sep).The influence of different adsorption conditions of CTAB/D-sep on the adsorption performance of Orange Ⅱ in water was studied,and its adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics were explored.The structure and properties of the material were characterized using TEM,BET and XRD techniques.The results showed that after CTAB modification,CTAB/D-sep was covered by a surfactant film with a thickness of 300-400 nm on the surface of fibrous sepiolite without damaging the original structure of Y-sep.The organic hydrophobic layer formed reduced fiber aggregation and lowered the surface electronegativity of sepiolite,thereby increasing adsorption performance.The specific surface area of CTAB/D-sep increased from 1.071 m^(2)/g of Y-sep to 7.042 m^(2)/g.The adsorption effect of CTAB/D-sep on Orange Ⅱ was good.The Pseudo second order model kinetic model(R^(2)=0.968)and Langmuir thermodynamic model(R^(2)>0.96)could well fit the adsorption process of CTAB/D-sep on Golden Orange Ⅱ.The adsorption of modified sepiolite belonged to monolayer chemical adsorption.
