摘 要:利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪和热重-差热综合热分析(TG-DTA)仪分别研究了钼尾矿的矿物组成及其加热过程中所发生的物理化学变化。以钼尾矿为主要原料,配以气刀土、紫木节和氧化铝,采用注浆成型工艺制备了钼尾矿基卫生陶瓷,并对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,当钼尾矿掺量为70%,氧化铝粉为3%,气刀土为10%,唐山紫木节为17%时,烧成温度为1150℃,保温30 min,卫生陶瓷的抗折强度为104.18 MPa,吸水率为0.05%,体积密度为2.47 g/cm^(3)。本研究为钼尾矿的资源化综合利用提供了参考。XRD and TG-DTA were used to study the mineral composition of molybdenum tailings and the physicochemical changes that occurred during heating.Molybdenum tailings-based sanitary ceramics were prepared by slip casting process with molybdenum tailings as the main raw material,combined with Qidao clay,Zimujie clay and alumina,and their properties were characterized.The results show that when the ingredients are 70%molybdenum tailings,3%alumina powder,10%Qidao clay,and 17%Tangshan Zimujie clay,the firing temperature is 1150℃,the holding time is 30 min,the flexural strength of sanitary ceramics is 104.18 MPa,the water absorption rate is 0.05%,and the bulk density is 2.47 g/cm^(3).This research provides a reference for the comprehensive utilization of molybdenum tailings.
