摘 要:燧石质灰岩因硅含量高,无法用于水泥配料,为解决该问题,本试验以江西分宜县燧石质灰岩矿为研究对象,采用X射线智能分选机对-40+10 mm和-10+5 mm两个粒级矿石进行色选试验。结果表明,-40+10 mm矿石抛废率为54.90%,精矿CaO品位为52.30%,SiO_(2)品位为3.01%,CaO回收率达到52.73%;-10+5 mm矿石抛废率为63.68%,精矿CaO品位为51.54%,SiO_(2)品位为3.03%,CaO回收率达到44.60%。两种粒径灰岩色选后可满足水泥用灰岩指标,说明利用该智能分选机可实现燧石质灰岩矿的预选抛废,有效提高灰岩工业价值,对低品质灰岩的高效利用具有重要现实意义。The chert limestone characterized by high silicon content can not be used in the cement mixture.To solve this problem,the chert limestone deposit in Fenyi,Jiangxi Province,was used as the research object,using the X-ray intelligent sorting machine on two grain size ranges of-40+10 mm and-10+5 mm.The results showed that the waste disposal rate of -40+10 mm ore was 54.90%,the CaO grade and recovery of concentrate were 52.30% and 52.73%,respectively,the SiO_(2) grade was 3.01%.In addition,the waste disposal rate of -10+5 mm ore was 63.68%,the CaO grade and recovery of concentrate were 51.54% and 44.60%,respectively,the SiO_(2) grade was 3.03%.These two concentrates meet the industrial requirements for cement-grade limestone after colour selection.Therefore,this study provided a promising strategy using intelligent sorting machine for pre-selection and waste disposal of chert limestone ore,effectively improve the industrial value of limestone and provide important practical significance for low-grade limestone.
