摘  要:以川西某伟晶岩型锂辉石矿浮选尾矿为研究对象,通过捕收剂、抑制剂种类遴选试验,药剂用量试验及开路和闭路试验,对长石石英进行浮选分离试验研究。结果表明,最终采用1粗1扫2精的浮选闭路流程,获得长石精矿产品,K_(2)O与Na_(2)O总含量(质量分数,下同)为11.65%,满足JC/T 859—2000中钠长石标准,可用于陶瓷原料;获得石英精矿产品,SiO_(2)含量为96.64%,满足DZ/T 0207—2002中器皿玻璃用的硅质原料要求。Taking the flotation tailings of a pegmatite spodumene mine in western Sichuan as the research object,through the screening test of collector and inhibitor type,the dosage test of agent,and the flotation open and closed circuit tests,the flotation separation experiment of feldspar and quartz was carried out.The results showed that the closed-circuit flowsheet of one stage of roughing,two stages of cleaning and one stage of scavenging was adopted at last.Feldspar concentrate products with K_(2)O+Na_(2)O content of 11.65% were obtained,which met the JC/T 859—2000 albite standard and could be used for ceramic raw materials;quartz concentrate products were obtained,with a SiO_(2) content of 96.64%,which met the requirements of DZ/T 0207—2002 siliceous raw materials for utensils and glass.
