摘  要:采用PA-66作为捕收剂,硫酸作为pH调整剂,进行美国佛罗里达高镁pebble磷矿白云石浮选条件试验及开路平行试验。结果表明,原矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为21.29%,MgO含量(质量分数,下同)为4.06%,经过浮选后可获得P_(2)O_(5)品位为25.57%、MgO含量为0.98%的磷精矿,磷精矿P_(2)O_(5)回收率为73.75%,符合MgO含量小于1%的质量要求。Using PA-66 as collector,sulfuric acid as pH regulator,the dolomite flotation conditions test and open circuit parallel test of the high magnesium Pebble phosphate ore in Florida were carried out.The results showed that after flotation of raw ore with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 21.29% and MgO content(mass fraction)of 4.06%,a phosphorus concentrate with P_(2)O_(5) grade of 25.57% and MgO content of 0.98% could be obtained.The recovery rate of P_(2)O_(5) was 73.75%,and the concentrate met the quality requirement of MgO content less than 1%.
