摘 要:为解决工业固废大量堆积导致的环境污染及水泥作为喷涂材料导致CO_(2)排放量过大的问题,以粉煤灰、电石渣、气化渣为主要原料,辅以普通42.5硅酸盐水泥制备一种低碳环保的固废基井下喷涂材料。探究了气化渣的掺量及水灰比的变化对固废基井下喷涂材料的性能影响。结果表明,当粉煤灰-电石渣复合胶凝材料占比为50%,气化渣掺入量为30%,水泥掺入量为20%,水灰比为0.23时,固废基喷涂材料的抗压强度为11.5 MPa,黏结强度为0.43 MPa,可应用于井下喷涂。In order to solve the environmental pollution caused by a large amount of industrial solid waste,and the problem of excessive CO2 emission caused by cement as a spraying material.A low carbon environmental protection solid waste based underground spraying materials were prepared by fly ash,calcium carbide slag and gasification slag as the main raw materials,supplemented by ordinary 42.5 Portland cement.The influence of the content of gasification slag and the change of water-cement ratio on the performance of solid waste based underground spraying materials was studied.The results showed that when the ratio of fly ash-calcium carbide slag composite cementitious materials was 50%,the content of gasification slag was 30%,the content of cement was 20%,and the water-cement ratio was 0.23,the compressive strength of solid waste based spraying materials was 11.5 MPa and the bond strength was 0.43 MPa,which could be applied to underground spraying.
