摘 要:高铝硅酸盐玻璃是一种具有优异光学和力学性能的玻璃材料。本研究采用高温熔融法在高铝硅酸盐玻璃中掺杂摩尔分数为0%~0.5%的Y_(2)O_(3),采用拉曼光谱、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、电子万能试验机和显微硬度计等表征手段,探讨了Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂量对高铝硅酸盐玻璃结构、弯曲强度和维氏硬度的影响规律。研究表明,当Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂的摩尔分数小于0.2%时,在高铝硅酸盐玻璃中会作为网络修饰体存在,促进部分铝氧八面体转变为铝氧四面体,补强了网络结构,提高了玻璃的抗弯强度和维氏硬度。当Y_(2)O_(3)掺杂的摩尔分数大于0.2%小于0.5%时,会引起高铝硅酸盐玻璃的结构畸变,破坏网络结构,增加非桥氧的含量,降低玻璃的抗弯强度和维氏硬度。适量的Y_(2)O_(3)可以补强高铝硅酸盐的网络结构,提高力学性能。High-alumina silicate glass is a kind of materials with excellent optical and mechanical properties.Raman spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,XPS,electronic universal testing machine and microhardness tester are used to investigate the effects of Y_(2)O_(3) doping on the structure,bending strength and Vickers hardness of high-alumina silicate glass by using the traditional melt cooling method.The results show that when the molar fraction of Y_(2)O_(3) doping is from less than 0.2%,Y_(2)O_(3) exists as a network modifier in high-aluminum silicate glass,promoting part of the aluminum oxygen octahedron to aluminum oxygen tetrahedron,strengthening the network structure,improving the bending strength and Vickers hardness of the glass.When the mole fraction of Y_(2)O_(3) doping is from 0.2% to 0.5%,Y_(2)O_(3) causes a structural distortion of high alumina-silicate glass and destructs the network structure by increasing the content of non-epoxy oxygen,leading to the reduction of bending strength and Vickers hardness of glass.These results demonstrate that the adding of a specific quantity of Y_(2)O_(3) can refine the network structure of high alumina silicates and enhance the mechanical properties of high-alumina silicate.
