摘　　要：曹操是《三国演义》中颇具代表性的一位人物,同时也是颇具争议的一位人物。在人们刻板印象中,曹操是阴险狡诈的,但他能在乱世中立足,离不开他的战略布局以及对人才的笼络,乱世之中最主要、最重要的便是人才,因此为了打破人们对曹操的固有印象,本文结合曹操的诗歌以及在文学史上的成就,对其求贤若渴的人物形象进行分析,探析其成因,力求能够帮助人们全面了解曹操的人物形象。Cao Cao is the most representative and controversial character in"Romance of the Three Kingdoms".In people's stereotypical impression,Cao Cao is cunning and cunning,but his ability to stand firm in turbulent times cannot be separated from his strategic lay‐out and his ability to win over talents.The most important and important weapon in turbulent times is talent and wise officials.There‐fore,in order to break people's inherent impression of Cao Cao,this article combines Cao Cao's poetry and achievements in literary history to analyze his eager character image,and explores the factors behind it,striving to help people comprehensively understand Cao Cao's character image.
