新质生产力视域下高职高专学报高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：发展新质生产力的关键在于构建基础科研、应用技术转化和金融服务“三位一体”的创新模式,高职高专学报在这一模式的构建中可以发挥桥梁的作用。本研究客观分析了制约学报发展的主要因素;探讨了学报通过引领理论研究、搭建交流平台等有益探索在促进高等职业教育改革发展的重要作用;提出通过服务高等职业教育、坚持精品意识、提高学术引领能力、完善评价体系、提升编辑人员数智素养等基本路径,推动高职高专学报的改革创新与新质生产力有机结合,为提升国家科技竞争力和文化软实力发挥应有的作用。The key to develop new-quality productive forces lies in constructing an innovation model that is a trinity of basic scientific research,applied technology transformation,and financial services.Journals of higher vocational colleges can play a bridging role in the establishment of this model.This study analyzes the main factors restricting the development of journals objectively.It discusses the important role of journals in promoting the reform and development of higher vocational education through beneficial explorations such as leading theoretical research and building communication platforms.It also proposes basic paths including serving higher vocational education,adhering to the concept of high-quality products,improving academic leadership ability,perfecting the evaluation system,and enhancing the digital intelligence literacy of editorial staff,so as to promote the organic combination of the reform and innovation of journals of higher vocational colleges and new-quality productive forces,and play its due role in enhancing the national scientific and technological competitiveness and cultural soft power.
