摘 要:在高速冰箱压缩机驱动控制系统领域,随着压缩机运行转速的升高,需要提高驱动器的载波频率以确保压缩机高速运行的稳定性,而驱动器的高载波频率控制不仅会造成较高的驱动器开关损耗,导致压缩机驱动器功耗增加,而且会造成高速运行时较高的IPM温升,导致IPM散热器体积增大成本增加。为解决上述问题,研究三相两电平逆变器的调制策略,设计一种无扇区判断最小开关损耗DPWM调制算法。该调制算法通过在三相电压中注入不同的零序电压分量即可得到新的三相PWM调制波,能有效避免复杂的扇区判断计算的同时,并进一步减少每个开关周期内的开关总次数至常规SVPWM调制算法的三分之二。实验结果证明了该算法的可行性和程序的有效性,基于无扇区判断最小开关损耗DPWM调制算法能减少驱动器IPM开关管的开关次数,降低驱动器损耗,实现不同调制算法之间的平稳过渡切换,具有一定的工程应用价值。In thefield of highspeed refrigerator compressor drive control systems,as the operating speed of the com pressor increases,it is necessary to increase the carrier frequency of the driver to ensure the stability of high-speedoperation of the compressor.However,the high carrier frequency control of the driver will not only cause higher switching loss of the driver,which will increase the power consumption of the compressor driver,but also cause high IPM tempera ture rise during high-speed operation,which will increase the volume and cost of the IPM radiator.In order to solve the above problems,a modulation strategyfor three-phase two-level inverters is studied,and a DPWM modulation algorithm without sector judgment for minimum switching loss is designed.This modulation algorithm can obtain new three-phase PWM modulation waves by injecting different zero-sequence voltage components into the three-phase voltage,which can effectively avoid complex sector judgment calculations and further reduce the total number of switches to two-thirds of the conventional SVPWM modulation algorithm in each switching cycle.The experimental results prove the feasibility of the algorithm and the effectiveness of the code.The DPWM modulation algorithm based on sector free judgment of minimum switch loss can reduce the number of switch times of the IPM switch tube in the driver,reduces the driver loss,and achieves smooth transition switching between different modulation algorithms.It has certain engineering application value.
