摘 要:传统的往复式活塞压缩机多采用旋转电机和曲轴连杆的结构,其摩擦损失大,效率低,结构复杂。直线压缩机是将提供驱动力的直线电机与压缩机做成一体化的机电产品,省去了将旋转运动转化为直线运动的中间转换机构,支承部件减少,使得其结构更为紧凑,并且减少了中间转换机构的摩擦损失,因此,比传统往复式活塞压缩机的效率高。本文针对直线压缩机的谐振频率控制展开了研究并给出了可行的解决办法。The traditionalreciprocating piston compressormostly adopts the structure ofrotating Motor and crank shaft connecting rod,which has large friction loss,low efficiency and complex structure.The linear compressor is an electromechanical product that integrates a linear Motor that provides a driving force with the compressor,eliminates an intermediate conversion mechanism that converts a rotary motion into a linear motion,reduces the number of sup-porting components,makes the structure more compact,and reduces The friction loss of the intermediate conversion mechanism isreduced,and therefore,the efficiency of thereciprocating piston compressor is higher than that ofthe traditional reciprocating piston compressor.In this paper,the resonant frequency control of linear compressor is stud ied and a feasible solution is given.
