摘 要:在铅供需两端的双重压力下,当前再生铅企业亟需先进成熟的技术与装备。富氧侧吹熔池熔炼工艺处理铅膏,已被我国大部分的新建再生铅厂采用,其中侧吹浸没燃烧熔池熔炼技术相继在锌、铅、锑、铜等金属的冶炼和固体废物处置领域获得成功应用。通过对侧吹浸没燃烧技术处理铅膏的反应机理、作业制度、炉内分区、炉体结构、喷枪、DCS系统的全面研究分析,并与瓦纽科夫炉技术对比,指出了该技术和装备具有熔炼强度高、能耗低、安全可靠、环保效果好等优点,其应用前景乐观,对我国再生铅冶炼技术水平的提高起到积极的推动作用。Under the dual pressure of supply and demand for lead,current recycled lead enterprises urgently need advanced and mature technology and equipment.The oxygen-enriched side-blown melt-pool smelting process for treating lead paste has been adopted by most newly built recycled lead plants in China.Among them,the side-submerged combustion smelting technology has been successfully applied in the smelting of metals such as zinc,lead,antimony,copper,and solid waste disposal.Through comprehensive research and analysis of the chemical reaction,operation system,furnace partition,furnace structure,spray gun and DCS system of the side-submerged combustion smelting process for treating lead paste,it is pointed out that the technology and equipment have the advantages of high melting strength,low energy consumption,safety and reliability,and good environmental protection effect after comparing with Vanukov Furnace technology.Its application prospect is optimistic,and it plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of Chinas regenerated lead smelting technology level.
