工业遗存转型,城市更新视角下的发展策略研究——以运河汇1958为例

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快和产业结构的调整,工业遗存转型成为城市更新中不可忽视的一环。工业遗存作为一种独特的建筑类型,具有特别的精神内涵和空间特征,同时也是城市存量空间更新中重要的组成部分。如何使工业遗存在新时代的建筑语境下焕发新的生机并重构新的价值体系,一直是工业遗存建筑更新不断探讨的话题。本文以运河汇1958项目为例,探讨了工业遗存转型在城市更新视角下的发展策略,试图寻求现代工业遗存活化再生的解题思路。项目从场地、空间、结构、材料等多维角度切入,结合场所记忆,重构城市空间和场所精神,同时融合建筑设计、空间策略、业态运营、活动策划,并充分考虑人在其中的行为模式,形成以新旧结合为蓝本的独特城市肌理。With the acceleration of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure,the transformation of industrial heritages has become a non-negligible aspect of urban renewal.Taking Canal Hub 1958 as an example,this paper delves into the development strategies for the transformation of industrial heritages from the perspective of urban renewal.Industrial heritages,as a unique type of architecture,possess inherent spiritual connotations and spatial characteristics,and they are also essential components of urban stock space renewal.The ongoing discussion in architectural renovation of industrial heritages revolves around how to revitalize these structures in the architectural context of the new era and reconstruct their value systems.Taking the Canal Hub 1958 project as a case study,this paper approaches the issue from multi-dimensional angles encompassing site,space,structure,and materials,and combines the memories of the place to reconstruct urban space and the spirit of the place.Furthermore,it integrates architectural design,spatial strategies,business operations,event planning,and fully considers human behavior within the context,thereby forming a unique urban texture that blends old and new.This paper explores the solution paths for the revitalization and regeneration of modern industrial heritages.
