摘 要:肾移植是终末期肾脏病最有效的替代治疗方法,但其受限于供者数量不足、免疫抑制负担和移植肾失功等因素。补体激活发生在肾移植不同阶段,始于供者并在缺血后再灌注时再次发生,可促进同种免疫反应的发生发展,在急性和慢性同种异体移植肾排斥反应期间直接导致移植肾损伤。本文总结了补体激活在肾移植中研究进展,以针对性应对移植过程中肾损伤,从而提高移植肾的存活率。The kidney transplantation is one of the best treatments for end stage kidney disease,the benefits are limited by factors such as the short fall in donor numbers,immunosuppression burden and graft failure.The complement activation occurs at many stages during transplantation,begins in the donor and occurs again on reperfusion following a period of ischemia.Complement activation can contribute to the development of the alloimmune response and may directly contribute to graft injury during acute and chronic allograft rejection.The article aims to summarize the recent progress of complement activation in kidney transplantation,in order to better intervene the graft injury in different stages of transplantation,and the survival rate of graft can be improved.
